More than 50 years of experience in process technology form the basis for our unique expertise and extensive know-how in joining non-ferrous metals by resistance welding. We use our high level of technical expertise to develop system solutions with optimum added value for you.
Design and Consulting
Our consulting services start with an initial analysis of your application with regard to the technical feasibility of its connection technology. This is verified by our laboratory team using initial samples. We can then map out the prototype construction. If you then require further support, our proposal team (project planning) will take over the development of industrialization with regard to your desired production scenario. To ensure agile implementation, our development and project management teams are always ready to assist you.

We use Inventor 3D CAD for mechanical design. All data is transferred to the PDM with ERP link and from there to the systems via CAD-CAM. In electrical design, we work with EPLAN, also with an ERP connection. This means that all information on the parts used is stored in a database and is available at all times for spare parts management with revision protection.
Our programming team creates the machine control and the software (PLC) for our systems on the basis of Siemens S7. Alternative control systems according to your requirements can also be implemented. The software is programmed in a block structure with later parameterization of the function blocks. This results in a standardized HMI that is self-contained and functional. We transfer the quality data and process parameters to your databases via communication groups for your MES software. In addition, we have our own MES protocol and system for internal line communication on an SQL basis.
Production
Mechanical production is carried out using CNC with the aid of 5-axis milling machines, 3+2-axis milling machines, 3-axis milling machines and machines for eroding, grinding and turning. We have a dedicated team for the mechanical assembly of our components. Electrical assembly is part of control cabinet construction, which is based on centralized and decentralized bus system architectures from design to implementation. Commissioning and service
Our commissioning teams are responsible for in-house commissioning and commissioning at your site. To ensure smooth operation afterwards, we offer additional production support, service contracts and detailed technical documentation in accordance with CE and the Machinery Directive as part of our after-sales service.
